At Superbolt, my team and I were brought on to develop the launch campaign for Coral Care, a service designed to connect parents with specialized care providers for children showing signs of cognitive or speech delays. These services range from speech-language pathologists to occupational and physical therapists—each tailored to the child’s unique needs.
Our creative approach leaned into Coral Care’s soft, playful branding—bringing warmth and a sense of approachability to a sensitive topic. The brand voice was intentionally quirky and childlike to reflect the audience the service is ultimately for—young children—while still maintaining a tone of empathy and reassurance for the true decision-makers: concerned parents.
The heart of our campaign strategy was rooted in questions. We focused on surfacing the kinds of real, often anxious questions a parent might have when they first notice signs of a developmental delay. To make these feel accessible and intuitive, I used familiar visual elements—like search bars and developmental timelines—to ground our messaging in clarity and comfort, gently guiding parents toward Coral Care as a trusted first step.
The result was a series of assets that struck a balance between informative and emotionally resonant, designed to meet parents where they are and offer both insight and support.
The campaign was launched across Meta platforms, and created with Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
